The Oren, Hampstead Heath

The Oren, a 46-unit later living development for Elysian Residences is designed with a strong focus on adaptability, sustainability and community. Situated on an unique site surrounded by mature trees and bordering Golders Hill Park, within Hampstead Heath, The Oren is designed to encourage community whilst respecting individual privacy. 

Many of the new residents will have had gardens and we wanted the design to respect this by offering a range of gardens and courtyard spaces that they can feel a part of. We designed the landscape with a woodland walk that leads through the trees along scented borders with secluded seating spaces to relax and enjoy the gardens. At the higher levels, residents enjoy heroic views across the city skyline through the treetops and birdsong.
